The balance of nature could be one of the most important things that we need to consider in this day and age. Because it could be said that due to this delicate balance, is the reason why you are able to breathe air everyday. Indeed we should be grateful for the fact that the tree’s are fulfilling the process of photosynthesis; thus changing carbon dioxide back in to breathe-able oxygen. So it could be said that there are many things such as this which you have an opportunity to be grateful for. Indeed in life it could be so easy to be caught up in all the problems that you currently face, that you could miss many of these blessings which add to the essence of your life. There are many key things that are essential to life, which are worth showing gratitude for. The water that you drink during the day, a very simple thing, but indeed water is something that is so important, and if we are not careful, it could be taken for granted. But clean drinking water is of such great importance, that it is good to put it on your list of things to be grateful for.

The Beautiful view

One of the simple but wonderful things, that you can gain from the parks and nature, is the great views and beautiful-sites. Indeed you could say that enjoying the breath-taking views, could be one of the pleasures in life that contribute to your feeling of well-being. And it could also be suggested that this could contribute to you enjoying greater health. Indeed peaceful sites of nature could be one of the things that could help in lowering stress; The root of many illnesses could be said to be found in stress. So pleasant surroundings in nature, could be an important thing to be grateful for. If you consider that the holiday locations that give the greatest pleasure are generally places with spectacular and breath-taking views. Indeed having a hotel room with a wonderful view could be something that gives you memories that can be treasured for a lifetime. So the idea of beautiful views could in-fact have greater impact on your life than you think.

The Impact of Nature
The enjoyment that can be gained at a beautiful park could be noticed in many of your senses, for example hearing the sounds of birds singing, the sound of water running along a stream. Smelling the fragrance from the flowers and plants. And also seeing the sun glistening on the water on a stream or river. Indeed nature can have a very powerful effect on your life, health and well-being. Can Gratitude Bring You Benefits?

What are the benefits of gratitude? Can having an attitude of appreciation give you good results in life? Indeed if you develop an attitude of appreciating the good things in your life can things improve for you everyday? is it possible that by changing the way that you think can gain you better results in life? The answers to these questions can have a very useful impact on your life. So does a desire to be grateful bring positive results?

The words thank you

If you consider that when you do a good deed for another person they will generally show appreciation by saying the words thank you. It could be said that it is universally accepted that it is important to show thanks for a good deed which has been done. If a person refused to show gratitude for a good deed done to them. The person who done the good deed may refuse to do other good deeds for that person in the future. There is a principle called “Cause and Effect” which generally means that the things that you do will cause an effect later in your life. So by being grateful for good deeds that are done to you can lead to many more good deeds being done in your life. This can suggest that having an attitude of appreciation can prove to be a very useful trait. Developing the habit of showing appreciation could be found to be a valuable asset to have. So you may see that being grateful could bring you benefits.

Thoughts of gratitude

Are thoughts of gratitude useful things to have? William Walker Atkinson suggested in his book “The power of concentration” that concentrated mental demand can affect situations leading to events that you desire happening, by virtue of you sending out concentrated thought. Based on this idea, it could be suggested that sending focused concentrated thoughts of gratitude may actually yield positive effects. So this could lead to the argument that it might be wise to think positive thoughts of gratitude. This could suggest that you may be able to convey gratitude to someone even though you may not be able to physically say thank you to them.

The idea of saying thank you on a psychic level is something that could be possible. If you consider that there may have been times when you may have been thinking about a friend or love one, and in a very short time they contacted you out of the blue. Indeed the idea of thought transfer is something that could be something that could be a reality sometime in the future. For example electricity has always existed even before it was discovered. Interdependence the Link With Gratitude

If you look at the many things that you do in life, you would notice that there are many things and people whom you depend on to allow you to have a happy life. For example if there were no one sweeping the streets, you could find that your journey along the street could become very unpleasant due to the build-up of litter. So It could be that you are more interdependent than you may realise. So what has interdependence got to do with gratitude?

The power of connection

It could be said that everyone is affected by everyone else on the planet. For example consider a meal that you may eat cooked with things from your local supermarket. All components of your meal could be found to come from many different areas of the world, the utensils that you are using and the table and chairs. So indirectly your experience of your meal is being created by many people all around the world. So the idea that you are interdependent could be seen in that example. So the fact is that we all have a reliance on people right across the globe. This leads to the idea that the experience that you gain is made up of the efforts of many people all around the world. Indeed this can show that the experience that you gain in many areas of your life can be found to be attributed to the combined efforts of many people world-wide.

The picture of world-wide gratitude

You can see that we could be now looking at a picture of gratitude which can be seen to extend much further than your local area. This can form an idea that your needs and wants are being satisfied by a large interdependent network across the world. Indeed it can show that you have a great number of people to be grateful to for supplying your needs. This shows how dependent we are on the efforts of each other.

The idea of world-wide gratitude could be a picture that could link mankind in greater harmony, but this is something we will need to consciously work towards. Having true gratitude and looking at the benefits of being interdependent could be the catalyst for greater appreciation. The development of appreciation is something that could be needed in order to provide greater harmony. But by truly looking at how we are affected by millions of people in a positive way, could be a useful way to move your mind to greater thoughts of gratitude for the state of interdependence. Can real power be found in gratitude? Indeed does the art of appreciation lead to real benefits in your life and the life of other people? Indeed is gratitude something that you should think of consciously everyday, to gain real benefits from life? Also does thoughts of gratitude have an effect on you and other people?

Benefits of Gratitude

It has been suggested by proponents of self-development, that having an attitude of gratitude can be a very important component in the development of a state known as the Law of Attraction. This term is based around the belief that the thoughts and feelings that you have affect the conditions that are attracted to you. It is suggested that the things that you think about with associated feelings can attract things to you. For example if you have thoughts that you are going to have a bad day, and you feel bad as well, it could cause you to begin to have a bad day based on your current state of mind.

So the idea of positive thoughts with the associated good feelings might be the key to having a positive day and feeling good during that day. Indeed it has been said that there is a principle called “cause and effect”, which indicates that the things that you cause in your life will have an effect later in your life. Based on this idea, it means that every decision that you make will have an effect on the events in your life.

Consciously Living the Gratitude Mindset
To have a mindset based on the idea of gratitude, can be something that may take a great deal of effort to develop. But the results that you could gain could make it worth the effort that you put in. It could mean that you would need to consciously focus your mind on looking at the things in life that you are grateful for, even when life seems to be giving you a difficult time. Indeed this could take a great deal of will power, but it could be useful to start with very small achievable goals, this could be better than starting with large un-achievable goals. A small gratitude goal could be all that you need to get moving, and this can lead to you achieving, larger and larger gratitude goals.

Your gratitude goals could be as simple as taking a few minutes each day to be grateful, for your five senses, taking time to focus on how valuable each sense is to you. You could see the abilities that you have and the opportunities around you. Perhaps these thoughts of gratitude could start you thinking in more positive ways. We Can Do More Together Than Apart – The Power of Gratitude

Working together in unity could be seen as one of the greatest forces in bringing positive change. It could be said that unity is one of the greatest things that has the ability to bring positive change. Also the idea of showing gratitude for work well done could also be said to be a very powerful way of growing unity. So what are some of the things that are benefits of unity and gratitude?

The power of Harmony.

The ability of working together in harmony is something that could be said to be a useful trait in a winning or successful organisation. An organisation that has harmony is an organisation that can produce successful results on a consistent basis. When people work together in harmony more time is gained, as there will be less time needed to settle conflicts. The energy time and money used to settle conflicts can add up, it can be quite a waste of time and resources. So the idea of having greater harmony is a very attractive asset to have in any organisation. Ideally it can be found that in relationships such as marriage that have good harmony you can find that people would be able to life more fulfilling lives.

The Mastermind concept.

The idea of harmony was spoken of with relation to finding greater success in life. Napoleon Hill discovered in a 20 year research that harmony was a quality that was found in successful mastermind groups. A mastermind group is a group of about 6 people who meet often to discuss ideas and thoughts. It was said that many of the most successful industrialist at the turn of the twentieth century, were part of mastermind groups. These groups would have conferences and would be able to discuss problems that they had in their businesses, and members would be able to see solutions from another view-point.

The effectiveness of the mastermind idea was one of the reasons why it may have been included in the book “Law of Success” by Napoleon Hill, This book looked at 16 things that successful people had in common. It was a research conducted on 500 self-made millionaires over a 20 year period. Many people who have found success in areas of their life have either consciously or unconsciously practiced the principles.

Benefits of showing gratitude.

The idea of showing gratitude and appreciation is something which could be said to be very useful in building strong unity between a group of people. It could be said that people who are appreciated could feel a greater feeling of self-worth. The idea of self-worth is something that should not be underestimated. Self-worth and a sense of feeling good in life may be important things that motivate a person. Indeed it could be a reason why some wealthy people turn to philanthropy. But gratitude may indeed be one of the drivers why people will work harder in a company; being appreciated could be one of the most important factors in a person producing excellent good quality work on a consistent basis.

Conclusion.
